ALL OF BUCKINGHAM VILLAGE #2 ARE AUTOMATIC MEMBERS TO THIS ASSOCIATION AND ARE OBLIGATED TO PAY THEIR DUES EVEN THOUGH WHEN YOU PURCHASED YOUR HOME THEY FAILED TO DISCLOSE THIS TO YOU. PLEASE CLICK ON THE COVENANTS PAGE ABOVE TO PRINT A FREE COPY OF OUR COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS (CC&R'S) THAT GOVERN THE ASSOCIATION AND OBLIGATION TO PAY YOUR ASSESSMENT.
February 2012 News:
The Board of Directors would like to remind all our members that your assessment is due FEBRUARY 29TH 2012. Those who pay their assessment by February 29th 2012 will receive a rebate of $25.00 as an incentive to pay on time for the 2012 season. This is a one time rebate that will be reviewed by The Board of Directors on a yearly basis.
